Last day of the trip. We met Kirti in the morning in a music shop for buying some percussions for xavier.
Then, we came to the studio where Vasu is waiting for us. We want to record all together, but for improving the sound, Vasu is in one room and we are in another room. Kirti is also in the studio with us
Just the time to take a last group picture and we had to leave the blue frog to go to the airport a bit sad but rather happy to go home !

Today, our meeting point is the Taj Lands End, by the ocean. We are still looking for nice spots for taking band's pictures.
Pictures by the ocean are not so "Indian" so we decided to leave the coast to go to a railway station, by cab.
Arrived in Matunga road, we took some pictures

By the station is a nice market, where we spent some time to buy gifts
After the market, we came to the house of Kirti to have lunch prepared by his wife and his family. One of our best lunch of the tour ! while waiting for Kirti in the street, Simon tried to record some children singing indian songs :
After the lunch, we came to the studio to record Kirti. Kirti is used to recording song for Bollywood so it was very interesting to watch him work, very efficiently and professionnal. The results : two wonderful songs for our next record :)

After a nice breakfast in town, we came in the begining of the afternoon in the house of a female singer named Vasumati, that Camille and Simon had met in the begining of the tour. Vasu sings a very traditionnal kind of indian music and the mix with our music could be interesting !
Vasu does not want to sing on one of our already composed song and prefers to play with us in order to compose a new song. Not an easy task since our musical backgrounds are so far from each other !
After a nice lunch and chai prepared by the husband of Vasu, we had to leave to the recording studio in order to meet a Sitar player that we want to record on two songs
a very nice and productive session !

Today is the day of the concert in the Blue Frog. Of course, no recording is planned for today because of the soundcheck and the concert.
The Blue Frog is a quite trendy and very design place in Mumbai :

After the soundcheck we had some rest, and welcomed Kirti, who will sing with us tonight :

Kirti sang with us two of our new songs, that we had practiced with him a few days ago and that will be recorded the next day.
For a first performance of those two new songs, it was rather good, thanks to Kirti !
Then, after the show, we went to the appartment to celebrate this concert :
